Relational life therapy

As a trained Relational Life therapist, I work with couples to improve connection and communication. Most sessions are 50 to 90 minutes either every week or every other week.

In order to feel connected to one another, it is important to understand our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Couples therapy can help with understanding and connecting with our experiences, recognizing and labeling our emotions and communicating our needs, our triggers, values, our ways of making making meaning of the world in a safe environment.

Discussing our backstory, emotions, disappointments, needs and hopes can make us vulnerable but it is a valuable opportunity for increased intimacy and meaningful connection.
